Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London or Chester, UK (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of BaaS and white-label clients worth upwards of £2m.
- Build and execute clear account plans with prioritized growth opportunities and rolling forecasts.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
- Identify and secure cross-sell and upsell opportunities across FX, payments, and card products.
- Lead monthly account reviews and maintain accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
- Negotiate new and renewing contracts, including pricing, commercial terms, and SLAs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of account management experience in B2B payments, BaaS, or fintech.
- Industry knowledge of CFD and crypto client requirements.
- Working knowledge of API integrations and payment rails (IBANs, BICs).
- Proven experience with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
