Key Account Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing a portfolio of BaaS and white-label clients in the CFD and crypto sectors with an accent on commercial relationship building, cross-selling, and revenue target achievement. Focus on executing account plans, negotiating renewals, and collaborating with internal product and compliance teams to deliver seamless financial solutions.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London or Chester, UK (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of BaaS and white-label clients worth upwards of £2m.
  • Build and execute clear account plans with prioritized growth opportunities and rolling forecasts.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Identify and secure cross-sell and upsell opportunities across FX, payments, and card products.
  • Lead monthly account reviews and maintain accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Negotiate new and renewing contracts, including pricing, commercial terms, and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of account management experience in B2B payments, BaaS, or fintech.
  • Industry knowledge of CFD and crypto client requirements.
  • Working knowledge of API integrations and payment rails (IBANs, BICs).
  • Proven experience with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
