What you will do
- Manage a book of existing clients to expand product usage and identify upsell opportunities.
- Own the renewal process to ensure high client retention rates.
- Research accounts to identify key champions and determine business requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide activity reports to management.
- Utilize Salesforce and Outreach to manage leads, opportunities, and account data.
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues and execute service agreements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful B2B software sales experience.
- Must have the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship is available.
- Proven track record in inside or outside sales models with a history of meeting targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
