What you will do

  • Build and own a pipeline of qualified opportunities across APAC, focusing primarily on Singapore.
  • Execute intelligent multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and event follow-ups.
  • Research and prioritize target accounts among REITs, investment banks, and asset managers.
  • Qualify prospects using the MEDDIC framework to ensure high-fit opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Manage pipeline data in HubSpot and provide market intelligence to product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years (5-7 preferred) of experience in B2B SaaS business or sales development.
  • Proven track record of autonomous outbound pipeline generation.
  • Experience selling technical or AI products to enterprise buyers.
  • Proficiency in structured qualification (MEDDIC or similar) and CRM discipline (HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

  • Background in commercial real estate, proptech, or financial services sales.
  • Experience in the APAC market and proficiency in regional languages.
