What you will do
- Generate and develop pipeline via strategic outbound prospecting, targeted account research, and multi-channel engagement.
- Partner with Account Executives to create territory and account-based strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct discovery conversations with executive stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and business challenges.
- Synthesize market trends and organizational signals to develop thoughtful customer outreach.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to optimize prospecting effectiveness and workflow efficiency.
- Qualify and prioritize inbound marketing leads and prospect inquiries.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales within a SaaS environment, preferably supporting enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of proactive pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and modern sales technologies to improve efficiency.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex enterprise technology environments.
