What you will do

• Lead client relationship management and program delivery for Medscape Medical Affairs accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Content Development to ensure on-time project execution.
• Manage digital program timelines and project scopes using electronic task management systems.
• Translate pharmaceutical client priorities and expectations clearly across internal development teams.
• Analyze program effectiveness and deliver detailed performance reporting to clients.
• Troubleshoot and find solutions to align client needs with internal stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of account or project management experience in a digital or healthcare agency setting.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in medical publishing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Workfront, or SharePoint.
