Partner Experience Support Executive

Location: Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home) in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Marlow, or South Coast, UK

What you will do

• Generate quotes and place orders using Sales Logix for Sales and Partner Alliance teams.
• Process partner invoices within NetSuite.
• Manage and resolve queries entering the Entry/Invoicing inbox autonomously.
• Coordinate the Partner Alliance invoicing workflow, liaising with Credit Control and Finance departments.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet fast turn-around deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days office/2 days home) at one of the specified locations.
