Location: London, United Kingdom (Remote-first, focused on EMEA)

Salary: £190,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Activate and implement new logo accounts to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within the existing customer base to grow usage.
  • Take full ownership of a broad book of business to ensure long-term customer success.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with champions to drive consistent pipeline development and quota attainment.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to deliver effective messaging and content to Cloud customers.
  • Partner with Start Up and Self Sign Up teams to optimize the onboarding of new logo prospects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Must be based in or focused on the EMEA region to support regional customers.
  • Strong aptitude and curiosity for learning technical concepts, specifically databases and infrastructure.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes.
  • Proficiency with sales tooling including Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, and CommonRoom.

  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology.
