Location: London, United Kingdom (Remote-first, focused on EMEA)
Salary: £190,000 OTE

What you will do
- Activate and implement new logo accounts to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within the existing customer base to grow usage.
- Take full ownership of a broad book of business to ensure long-term customer success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with champions to drive consistent pipeline development and quota attainment.
- Collaborate with product marketing to deliver effective messaging and content to Cloud customers.
- Partner with Start Up and Self Sign Up teams to optimize the onboarding of new logo prospects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Must be based in or focused on the EMEA region to support regional customers.
- Strong aptitude and curiosity for learning technical concepts, specifically databases and infrastructure.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes.
- Proficiency with sales tooling including Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, and CommonRoom.
