What you will do

  • Drive growth of key restaurant partners by improving venue performance through data analysis and strategic consultation.
  • Manage the relationship and performance of a restaurant portfolio to create mutual value for partners, couriers, and customers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, including target setting and performance management.
  • Conduct regional performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  • Renegotiate commercial terms and agreements with key restaurant partners.
  • Build scalable, efficient processes for the team and recruit new high-performing members.

Requirements

  • Solid track record as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or similar commercial role, ideally in hospitality or marketplaces.
  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and coaching a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build credibility with senior partners.
  • Structured project management approach to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
