TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Brand Strategy & Measurement (Marketing Analytics): Building and running measurement programs to evaluate global brand marketing investments with an accent on incrementality testing, geo holdouts, and media mix modeling. Location: Hybrid (Miami, FL) - Must work from the Coral Gables office 3 days per week

What you will do

  • Partner with regional marketing and media teams to define KPIs, measurement priorities, and learning agendas.
  • Design and support measurement programs, including incrementality testing, geo holdouts, brand lift studies, and media mix modeling (MMM).
  • Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives that connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
  • Own the day-to-day management and analysis of the global brand tracking program and coordinate with external vendors.
  • Monitor key marketing and business performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across markets.
  • Develop structured testing roadmaps across various media channels based on business objectives and data availability.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, paid media, or strategy.
  • Experience evaluating marketing performance using approaches like attribution, brand lift, or MMM.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Adjust, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Miami, FL office (3 days per week).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python for data analysis.
  • Experience working with external agencies and research vendors.
