What you will do

• Develop analytics for pricing, promotions, and assortment, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align on objectives and provide recommendations.
• Design pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability, leading implementation with cross-functional buy-in.
• Monitor promotional activities, create strategies by customer/channel/category, and forecast impacts on financial metrics.
• Conduct competitive pricing analyses and present adjustments to stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and enhance reporting processes for efficiency.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools like regression and predictive modeling; act as thought leader influencing strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years experience, including 3+ in RGM, Pricing, Category Management, Sales, or Finance.
• Strong understanding of business metrics (e.g., margins, market share, price elasticity, ROI).
• Advanced Excel proficiency and large-scale data analysis experience.
• Proven data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and deliver impactful results with incomplete data.
