What you will do

  • Lead media analytics projects from initial business questions through to client activation.
  • Translate client objectives into measurement plans, analytical requirements, and prioritized workstreams.
  • Oversee recurring and ad hoc performance analysis across paid search, social, programmatic, and offline channels.
  • Develop performance narratives that explain campaign shifts and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to resolve data quality issues and improve reporting automation.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–8 years of experience in media or marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics, campaign structures, and the marketing funnel.
  • Experience leading analytics projects and managing or mentoring team members.
  • Technical fluency in SQL, cloud data environments (Snowflake, BigQuery), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Consulting or agency experience.
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, attribution, and incrementality testing.
  • Experience in industries such as financial services, healthcare, or retail.
