What you will do

• Develop omnichannel strategies and integrated channel plans across email, mobile apps, and social media.
• Create customer journey frameworks and detailed personas based on research and data analysis.
• Act as the strategic bridge between CX, performance marketing, creative, media, and data teams.
• Lead strategic deliverables and contribute to workshops to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Craft narratives and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy; CRM experience is a strong bonus.
• Experience developing communications and strategies for large-scale global clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for meetings and workshops.
• Ability to work proactively and independently as a self-starter.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams to deliver high-standard work.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (hybrid).
