What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of design projects from planning to final release.
• Coordinate internal design teams, external studios, and vendors.
• Build and optimize design and delivery processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Align project priorities with business goals through close collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading design teams, creative agencies, or design operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with external clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Deep understanding of design systems and their maintenance.
• Practical experience implementing AI tools within design workflows.
• Strong visual awareness and understanding of modern design trends.

Nice to have

• Practical experience in web design.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and development workflows.
• Experience in gaming, iGaming, or fast-paced digital industries.
