What you will do

• Translate strategic goals into actionable projects that drive transformation and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders and align project teams with senior leadership and C-suite objectives.
• Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, and resource plans.
• Proactively identify and remove organizational blockers to maintain momentum.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and navigate ambiguity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation or strategic projects.
• Proven ability to drive change in multi-country, matrix environments.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Experience in both startups (tech/digital/SaaS/fintech) and large organizations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for C-level engagement.
• English proficiency is required for the role.
