Salary: From 58,000 EUR gross per year.

What you will do
- Translate strategic goals into actionable projects that drive transformation and efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders and align project teams with senior leadership and C-suite objectives.
- Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, and resource plans.
- Proactively identify and remove organizational blockers to maintain momentum.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and navigate ambiguity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation or strategic projects.
- Proven ability to drive change in multi-country, matrix environments.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Experience in both startups (tech/digital/SaaS/fintech) and large organizations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for C-level engagement.
- English proficiency is required for the role.
