Project Manager (Real Estate Development)

Location: Paphos, Cyprus; regular site visits required

What you will do

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects from planning and permitting through construction, handover, and post-delivery coordination.
• Coordinate design, permitting, tendering, procurement, and execution with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications, safety, and sustainability requirements.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, and local authorities.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and handover documentation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in construction project management or as a project manager’s assistant.
• Proven experience delivering projects from start to finish.
• Educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Russian and/or Greek language skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, permits, and local standards in Cyprus.
