What you will do

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects from concept to completion and handover.
• Coordinate design, permitting, tendering, procurement, and execution stages.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications.
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and local authorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management.
• Educational background in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Fluent English.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of construction processes, permits, and local standards in Cyprus.
