What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Manage the onboarding of game providers, aggregators, and PSPs.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Casino Operations, CRM, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Maintain Jira projects, dashboards, and workflows for effective tracking.
• Identify risks and dependencies while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Partner Management.
• Strong experience within the iGaming industry, specifically with online casino platforms or B2B gaming providers.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience coordinating integrations with game providers, PSPs, or aggregators.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are considered a significant advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience working for a B2B casino platform or gaming supplier.
• Understanding of API-based integrations and technical delivery processes.
• Exposure to regulated gaming markets and compliance requirements.
