What you will do

• Align team activities with business objectives and long-term strategy.
• Manage the product backlog, roadmap, and project vision.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with frontend and backend teams to manage dependencies and deliver full solutions.
• Remove blockers and ensure high team performance.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ypsonas, Cyprus
• Solid experience delivering complex software projects in cross-functional environments.
• Strong skills in prioritization and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English
• Outcome-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and manage technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, Forex, or Fintech.
• Knowledge of Russian.
