What you will do

• Partner with technical leaders in R&D and Product management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead the integration of a newly acquired organization into Axis's ways of working.
• Manage a team of 3 people across HR and Facilities.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and performance management.
• Manage annual salary reviews and compensation/benefit inquiries.
• Drive employer branding and EVP to attract tech talent in the Prague market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR management.
• University degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, or HR.
• Sound knowledge of Czech Republic labor legislation.
• Fluency in English and Czech (written and verbal).
• Experience in international, dynamic environments and organizational change.
• Must be based in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Tech industry, specifically with R&D or engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and Ukrainian language.
• Experience with Workday.
