TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or support operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

What you will do

  • Partner with HRSS, TM, L&D, and TR teams to ensure seamless service delivery and business alignment.
  • Lead regional projects focused on organizational efficiency, span of control, and workforce structure optimization.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory and project support specifically for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Act as a backup for the Regional HR Director, supporting operations across the CEE region.
  • Coach managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and promote a matrixed way of working.
  • Monitor HR metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and regional alignment.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Czech is required.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proven experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role, ideally in a regional or multi-country context.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional CEE languages.
