Requirements

• Proven experience as an HRBP in a multi-country or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across East Europe.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex organizational dynamics.
• Experience in performance, talent, reward, and organizational change.
• Capacity to balance strategic partnering with operational delivery.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
