What you will do

• Advise leadership on the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management at both local and global levels, including executive levels.
• Initiate and implement organizational changes and develop workforce planning and team structures.
• Provide expert guidance on labor law, employee relations, and performance topics.
• Manage and coordinate HR projects, including the development of policies and processes.
• Analyze HR metrics and identify trends to derive targeted actions for change processes.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, law, psychology, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in a comparable HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and extensive experience working with works councils.
• Fluent and confident communication in both German and English.
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
