What you will do
- Partner with Operations leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance management and investigations.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement corporate HR programs.
- Support transformation initiatives and ensure alignment of people strategies with business goals.
- Analyze people metrics to identify risks and develop proactive action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience supporting leadership at the Director level or above.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and employee relations independently.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday and MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting global or internationally distributed teams.
- Background in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with matrixed organizational structures.
- Exposure to procurement and supply chain business units.
