TL;DR

Senior Human Resource Business Partner: Aligning HR initiatives with business objectives through strategic partnership, talent management, and employee engagement with an accent on workforce planning, performance management, and HR compliance. Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States (hybrid). Open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S.; on-site full-time at hirify.global headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and execute People Operations Plans.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational structure, and performance management.
  • Implement tailored training programs for young managers and build mentorship and continuous learning.
  • Run regular employee engagement and satisfaction assessments and drive initiatives to address improvement areas.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations and promote an inclusive, supportive workplace.
  • Ensure employment law and company policy compliance; design and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Work authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
  • 6+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a business partner role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to inform decisions and HR strategy.
