What you will do

• Act as a senior P&C advisor to leaders, managing complex employee relations matters.
• Lead the interface with the German Works Council, preparing and leading consultations and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, case law, and co-determination processes.
• Partner with the Legal team to develop employment contracts, policies, and works agreements.
• Coach managers on leadership capability, objective setting, and performance cycles.
• Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle and improve existing P&C programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including a senior HRBP role.
• Hands-on experience leading negotiations and consultations with Works Councils.
• Fluent German and English proficiency.
• Strong working knowledge of German employment law and organizational change management.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Employment Law, or Industrial Relations.
• Experience working within multinational or technology organizations.
