Principal Commercial Sales Enablement Partner (SaaS): Developing and executing the enablement strategy for the EMEA sales organization with an accent on sales methodology, onboarding, and continuous skill development. Focus on driving adoption of global programs, analyzing performance data, and coaching sales leadership to achieve revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the EMEA sales organization.
  • Develop local strategies for global programs including product launches, onboarding, and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and BANT.
  • Conduct in-depth needs and gap analyses to identify development opportunities for sales representatives.
  • Coach and support front-line managers and AEs on best practices for skills coaching and territory management.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to create content for prospect and customer conversations.
  • Measure and report on enablement success metrics through Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA markets and experience working as an EMEA representative in a global organization.
  • Direct experience in a B2B SaaS customer-facing role, preferably targeting Mid-Market or Enterprise prospects.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to translate vision into clear strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, team meetings, and industry events.

  • Fluency in French or German.
