What you will do

• Manage end-to-end email deliverability to ensure messages reach the inbox and avoid spam folders.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and bounce rates.
• Maintain alignment with global email compliance trends and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and Zero Trust.
• Conduct deep data analysis to identify deliverability issues and collaborate with email vendors on solutions.
• Implement and oversee best practices for email authentication and security.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to suggest features that drive effective email campaigns.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in email deliverability and inbox placement.
• Deep expertise in the marketing automation field.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to solve complex global email scalability challenges.
• Experience influencing customers and stakeholders to adopt delivery best practices.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required.
