What you will do
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for EMEA field events, including trade shows, roadshows, and executive programs.
- Partner with GTM leadership and marketing teams to ensure strategic activation and maximize pipeline generation.
- Drive sales coordination for pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up processes.
- Develop scalable event frameworks, operational processes, and best practices for regional activations.
- Oversee performance tracking, ROI analysis, and executive-level reporting on event impact.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics to ensure seamless execution across multiple concurrent projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading B2B field marketing and event programs in a high-growth SaaS or technology organization.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Proven experience managing diverse event portfolios including third-party sponsorships and owned programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, marketing automation, and reporting tools like PowerBI.
- Demonstrated ability to work with sales leadership to drive integrated go-to-market execution.
- Experience applying AI technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience within tax, compliance, e-commerce, ERP, or fintech industries.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
