SEO Manager (AI Search)

What you will do

• Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies across niches, audiences, markets, and search-intent clusters.
• Optimize blogs, landing pages, storefronts, metadata, headings, internal linking, entities, and AI Overview readiness.
• Create content briefs, SEO frameworks, AEO-friendly FAQs, GEO structures, editorial calendars, and campaign recommendations.
• Analyze competitors across traditional search and AI-driven surfaces, identifying content gaps and actionable opportunities.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions, AI Overviews, and LLM citations using Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Collaborate with content, translation, marketing, engineering, product, and creative teams on multilingual SEO initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content-driven SEO, preferably with large-scale or international websites.
• Experience with AI Overview optimization, schema and entity SEO, generative engine ranking factors, AEO, and GEO.
• Expertise in topical and keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, content funnels, and conversion-focused content.
• Experience with SEMrush, Surfer, Ahrefs, ContentKing, Google Search Console, analytics platforms, and WordPress or similar CMS.
• Knowledge of international SEO, multilingual pages, hreflang, reporting, annual roadmaps, and large-scale content publishing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting strategies and managing link vendors, contractors, and digital PR agencies.
