What you will do

• Analyze sales performance metrics including pipeline, conversion, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

• Support CRM data quality and revenue operations initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in French.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales operations, consulting, business analysis, or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data and business performance.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI skills are a plus.
• Ability to understand complex environments and translate analysis into actionable insights.
• Structured and proactive approach to working with multiple stakeholders.
