Compensation: €45,000 – €70,000 gross annually

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow the SME book of business through up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Align product features with client needs to maximize value.
  • Manage and report the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate and structure complex pricing models for designated accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • English: C1+ required
  • French: C1+ required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales or Account Management, ideally in FinTech or financial services.
  • Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Aircall.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of KYB, AML, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in AI tools.
  • Understanding of the specifications of the target market.
