What you will do

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into value-driven solutions.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve production support items within defined SLAs.
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create process maps and workflow documentation to support end-users.
• Collaborate with developers to turn business requirements into functional specifications and support implementation planning.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Background in insurance is essential.
• Experience in reinsurance is advantageous.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Solid experience in IT, including business process re-engineering and commercial analysis.
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis.
