What you will do

• Design and enhance predictive and machine learning models to inform pricing strategy.
• Extract and analyze large datasets to support modeling and performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain robust pricing models for deployment into live environments.
• Present clear, actionable pricing recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee rate releases to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure pricing decisions are well-documented and aligned with commercial targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 2-3 years of experience in pricing.
• Strong programming skills in SAS, R, or Python.
• Experience with statistical or actuarial tools and pricing software like Emblem or Radar.
• Understanding of predictive modeling techniques such as GLMs, GBMs, or Neural Networks.
• Knowledge of insurance products and distribution channels, ideally in household insurance.
