What you will do
- Run scheduled discovery calls to diagnose and qualify leads.
- Lead Brand Analysis presentations to demonstrate growth potential and close deals.
- Maintain a 35%+ close rate on qualified live meetings.
- Manage your sales pipeline, including follow-ups and second-call strategies.
- Keep CRM data clean in Pipedrive and submit daily KPI reports.
- Participate in regular training and call reviews to sharpen sales performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, specifically selling agency or consulting services.
- Must be able to overlap with U.S. EST/EDT working hours.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- High energy, commanding presence, and excellent communication skills on Zoom.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Competitive, coachable, and numbers-driven mindset.
Nice to have
- 1+ year of experience with Amazon FBA (PPC, brand management).
