TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (B2B High-Ticket): Driving revenue growth for Amazon FBA brands through a structured consultative sales process with an accent on high-ticket closing and technical brand analysis. Location: Remote. Must overlap with U.S. EST/EDT hours.

Compensation: $225,000–$300,000+ OTE (Base $85,000 + uncapped commission).

What you will do

  • Run scheduled discovery calls to diagnose and qualify leads.
  • Lead Brand Analysis presentations to demonstrate growth potential and close deals.
  • Maintain a 35%+ close rate on qualified live meetings.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, including follow-ups and second-call strategies.
  • Keep CRM data clean in Pipedrive and submit daily KPI reports.
  • Participate in regular training and call reviews to sharpen sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, specifically selling agency or consulting services.
  • Must be able to overlap with U.S. EST/EDT working hours.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • High energy, commanding presence, and excellent communication skills on Zoom.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Competitive, coachable, and numbers-driven mindset.

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of experience with Amazon FBA (PPC, brand management).
