What you will do
- Build, manage, and execute a regional sales strategy for the Northeast territory.
- Prospect enterprise accounts, develop qualified pipeline, and drive complex sales cycles from engagement to close.
- Identify customer pains across employee productivity, IT support, application adoption, digital transformation, and AI readiness.
- Lead discovery, business case development, executive presentations, proof-of-concept alignment, negotiation, and close.
- Manage customer expectations through evaluations and proof-of-concept cycles; sell software, services, and support.
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets.
Requirements
- Must be located within the sales territory in MA, NH, RI, ME, VT, CT, NY, or NJ.
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven record of quota overachievement (e.g., President’s Club or consistent attainment above plan).
- Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to sell across technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
- Consultative, value-selling approach with strong discovery, storytelling, and deal execution skills.
