Focus on delivering technical and business enablement, executing GTM playbooks, and growing marketplace business across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for HashiCorp, articulating value propositions to VARs, VADs, SIs, and CSPs.
• Develop and customize regional GTM playbooks in collaboration with worldwide strategy and sales leadership.
• Train and enable the hirify.global Ecosystem Sales team on HashiCorp products and value propositions.
• Partner with Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to expand and grow Marketplace business.
• Maintain and grow HashiCorp practices, including resale and services delivery, within key partner organizations.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to stay current on innovations and integration with the hirify.global portfolio.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of direct or partner sales experience.
• Proven experience working in SaaS or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Ability to create GTM plans based on topline targets and develop market-specific execution tactics.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with partners, R&D, and sales leadership.
• Strong communication skills for delivering technical and business training.
• Must be based in Singapore
