What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve partner and sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners including ISVs, SIs, Resellers, and MSPs.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch new bundles and offerings.
  • Create enablement plans and provide training for partner sales and technical teams.
  • Deliver regular business reviews to leadership regarding metrics and business health.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in partner management, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Security sales.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required for partner and customer support.
  • Business-level proficiency in English is required.
  • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and business growth.
  • Experience working with senior-level executives to align on business objectives.
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
