What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve partner and sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners including ISVs, SIs, Resellers, and MSPs.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch new bundles and offerings.
- Create enablement plans and provide training for partner sales and technical teams.
- Deliver regular business reviews to leadership regarding metrics and business health.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in partner management, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Security sales.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required for partner and customer support.
- Business-level proficiency in English is required.
- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and business growth.
- Experience working with senior-level executives to align on business objectives.
- Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
