What you will do

  • Convert inbound leads into new business opportunities and customers.
  • Conduct consultative conversations with founders to understand goals and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and a healthy pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the regional Sales Team to share learnings and customer insights.
  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini to improve lead qualification and productivity.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services, SaaS, or Fintech.
  • Must be based in Australia.
  • Proven ability to manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.
  • Experience using AI tools for professional productivity.
  • Ability to conduct tough conversations with kindness and professional empathy.
