What you will do
- Convert inbound leads into new business opportunities and customers.
- Conduct consultative conversations with founders to understand goals and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and a healthy pipeline in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the regional Sales Team to share learnings and customer insights.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini to improve lead qualification and productivity.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services, SaaS, or Fintech.
- Must be based in Australia.
- Proven ability to manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into customers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.
- Experience using AI tools for professional productivity.
- Ability to conduct tough conversations with kindness and professional empathy.
