What you will do
- Produce and present project reports covering progress, schedule, EVM, and analysed R&O data.
- Support development of traditional and bespoke performance measurement and reporting metrics.
- Assist the monthly drumbeat cycle for schedule progress, R&O reviews, and EAC updates.
- Identify and characterise opportunities to optimise team performance for schedule adherence and resource efficiency.
- Prepare, monitor, and revise plans, estimates, cost accounts, and schedules to meet Contract/Project Directive objectives.
- Lead and present status at Steering Committee Meetings, Gate Reviews, Customer Reviews, and Progress Meetings.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification(s) in science, engineering, or business.
- Experience working in a complex project or program environment.
- Understanding of Cost Schedule System Reporting (CSSR) or related Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead staff, foster cooperation, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Australian citizenship required and ability to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.
