Location: Hybrid (NSW, Australia). Opportunities to work three days in the office and two days remote.

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end governance framework for the Customer First Program to ensure alignment with risk and compliance standards.
• Drive standardization of program documentation, communications, and reporting to improve program maturity.
• Manage scheduling and facilitation of key program forums, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and decision logs.
• Develop and manage internal program communications as a central coordination point across project areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing governance forums, program reporting, and structured document control.
• Hands-on experience with PMO/PPM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
