Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Managing the post-sales implementation process for new customers in the education vertical with an accent on product adoption and data migration. Focus on guiding customers through the platform setup, project managing onboarding timelines, and ensuring a seamless transition to support.

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in Melbourne CBD office). Must be an Australian citizen or have legal right to work in Australia

What you will do

• Manage the post-sales process and guide customers through the implementation of the full product suite.
• Project manage onboarding schedules and timelines to ensure successful launches.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for transitions and hand over live services to Support teams.
• Work with data teams to migrate information from legacy systems during onboarding.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct customer training while maintaining documentation.
• Perform proactive outreach regarding product updates or known issues.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an onboarding or implementation role, ideally within a SaaS business.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage implementation processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be an Australian citizen or have eligibility and documentation demonstrating the right to work in Australia
