What you will do

• Contribute to the design, plannhirify.global, and delivery of complex regulatory and compliance initiatives.
• Act as the SME Lead for the end-to-end implementation of a new hardship system.
• Identify and drive process improvements across the hardship and collections value chain.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders includhirify.global Risk, Legal, and Technology.
• Participate in workshops, root cause analysis, and sprint ceremonies.
• Uplift Standard Operathirify.global Procedures and support the transition of changes into operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney for this 12-month contract role.
• Strong background in hardship, collections, or financial assistance within retail bankhirify.global.
• Demonstrated experience leadhirify.global complex, cross-functional change or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver process re-engineerhirify.global and system enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influenchirify.global skills.
• Analytical thinkhirify.global with the ability to balance customer outcomes and risk requirements.
