What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Account Executives.
- Develop and implement winning sales strategies for the Indonesian territory.
- Manage the entire enterprise sales process, including pipeline, forecasting, and new logo acquisition.
- Orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations for key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with regional partners to align resources on joint opportunities.
- Set goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles and 2+ years of team management experience.
- Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Upper Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets in Enterprise SaaS.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise environments and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong personal network within the region.
