What you will do
- Set up and maintain new and existing customer accounts in internal systems.
- Process requests from customers, partners, and third parties according to SLAs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with security policies.
- Verify the accuracy of documentation and follow up on incomplete information.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales department to support client needs.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, Polish, and English (business proficiency).
- Strong organizational and conceptual skills with a client-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
