Location: Office based in Warsaw, Poland. Candidates must be permanently located in Poland.

What you will do

• Monitor data risk and vulnerabilities using telemetry and conduct platform health checks.
• Plan and facilitate success sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align outcomes with product adoption.
• Manage churn risk by building proactive protection plans and coordinating customer case studies.
• Identify and articulate expansion opportunities by reviewing consumption trends and converting signals into qualified leads.
• Connect adoption recommendations across the hirify.global portfolio to maximize resilience and recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute scaled campaigns and improve customer health reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success operations or Program Management, preferably in data protection.
• Proficiency in French or German.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with digital CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight), CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global offerings, including hirify.global Data Cloud.
• Must be permanently located in Poland.
