What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value VIP customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer retention.
  • Manage inquiries and escalations across various company brands.
  • Adapt communication and service standards based on specific brand guidelines.
  • Work in rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet performance KPIs regarding response times and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, VIP support, or account management.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level (written and spoken).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments.
  • Must be based in Warsaw.

  • Experience with CRM systems or professional customer support tools.
