What you will do
- Receive and resolve technical requests via phone, email, and alerts based on provided instructions.
- Communicate directly with end-users in French and English.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the second line of support.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Perform daily scheduled activities, including sending reports and verifying emails.
Requirements
- French and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Availability to work in a 24/7 shift system.
- Willingness to develop IT skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong motivation, communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
- Ability to work strictly according to established procedures.
