What you will do

• Engage directly with customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the hirify.global platform.
• Provide high-level technical support and resolve complex customer queries.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to influence product features and the development roadmap.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in security and security automation landscapes.
• Deliver world-class training and support experiences to enterprise users.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in technical support or an equivalent role.
• Proven expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API integration.
• Excellent English proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing and support management systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and experience in cloud service environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell.
