What you will do
- Own the Cash Flow Management product end-to-end, defining the roadmap and driving measurable customer impact.
- Transform a strong existing foundation into rich financial reporting that helps SMB owners understand and act on business health.
- Define and implement financial intelligence signals across the experience, beyond a dedicated dashboard.
- Align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, and Payments in a complex environment.
- Explore and integrate AI to make financial tooling more proactive, trustworthy, and valuable for customers.
Requirements
- Strong product craft with expertise in discovery, iterative shipping, and turning ambiguity into clear problem statements.
- Systems thinking capability to manage interdependencies and anticipate second-order effects.
- Deep empathy for the realities and needs of SMB owners and finance teams.
- Sharp design sensibility for simplifying complex financial information.
- AI-native mindset with a curiosity for hands-on experimentation with AI tooling.
- Must be based in or able to work from Paris, Berlin, Milan, or Barcelona.
