What you will do

• Develop and promote the product vision for hirify.global’s Exchange.
• Communicate product strategy and the "why" to senior leadership and the broader organization.
• Conduct opportunity assessments using data and customer research to prioritize initiatives.
• Author comprehensive product requirements and manage technical trade-offs with R&D leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products or platforms from concept to market.
• Expertise in translating customer problems from the ResTech and data space into structured product requirements.
• Direct experience managing the full lifecycle of API and UI driven products.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Ability to collaborate with US teams during CET hours.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and interest in how LLMs and modern coding stacks impact product development.
