What you will do

• Define and improve core metrics across activation, referral, retention, and revenue.
• Design, prioritize, and iterate on experiments for onboarding, pricing, and in-product nudges.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and cohorts using Amplitude, Metabase, and SQL to identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ship high-impact features and experiments quickly.
• Develop viral loops and habit-forming mechanisms to amplify organic growth.
• Support and test monetization strategies in alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping growth experiments and driving measurable improvements in core metrics.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to translate messy data into clear hypotheses.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Metabase, and SQL.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments with a high degree of ownership.
• Must be based in the EU with valid working rights.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or high-scale consumer applications.
